As a full-service marketer for Advanced Professional Home Services, I was tasked with developing a marketing strategy that would help the company increase customer acquisition. Advanced Professional Home Services is a Plumbing and HVAC company based in New Jersey that provides a wide range of services to homeowners in the area. Lastly

we optimized the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system to improve lead management and customer retention. We developed an email marketing campaign that would help the company stay in touch with existing customers and encourage them to refer new customers to the business.
